Connecting Conversation: DACA Pro-Con (CO - Braver Angels Denver)

Braver Angels Denver Alliance invites you to a Connecting Conversation about DACA, the policy that allows some unauthorized immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children to live and work legally.

This is a new type of event that your Denver Alliance executive committee has developed with inspiration from the Central Texas Alliance.

Before the workshop, participants will read this ProCon summary of DACA and the arguments for and against it. When we meet on Zoom, participants will discuss their views of DACA, what they learned from ProCon, and what they’re learning in the workshop from others who have different viewpoints.

At the close of the workshop, we’ll brainstorm together on what aspects of immigration to discuss at our next Connecting Conversation.
